By joining the waitlist, texting Everly's phone number, or participating in a group conversation that includes Everly after being added by an existing user, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service and reply STOP to opt out.

Everly is a text-based family calendar assistant that lets you text or forward messages to a phone number to create calendar events, check your schedule, or check availability. Everly uses AI (Claude, provided by Anthropic) to interpret the content of your messages, and may connect to your Google Calendar to create or read events on your behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Everly, have a valid U.S. mobile phone number, and be authorized to consent to receiving SMS messages at the phone number you provide.

You are responsible for the content of the messages you send to Everly and for ensuring you have permission to share any information (including other people's schedules or contact details) contained in those messages. Do not use Everly for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box (or otherwise opting in), you give Everly your express consent to send you SMS/MMS messages related to the service, including calendar updates, reminders, and replies to your texts.

Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any Everly message to immediately cancel all SMS messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of Everly at any time by replying STOP to any message from the service. You can resume messaging by replying START. You can also revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Everly is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Message interpretation by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Everly is not liable for any missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate calendar actions, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You should independently verify anything important.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
