Privacy Policy

Everly is a product of Tesoro Ventures LLC ("Tesoro Ventures," "we," "us"), which acts as the data controller for information collected through this site and the Everly assistant. Everly is an early-stage project — this policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how it's used.

1. Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist or use Everly, we collect:
  • Your name and email address.
  • Your mobile phone number.
  • The content of messages you send or forward to Everly, including text and any forwarded images or MMS attachments, so the assistant can create calendar events and reminders.
  • Calendar data accessed via Google Calendar on your behalf (event titles, times, and related details needed to answer your requests or create events).

2. How We Use SMS and Phone Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information are used solely to operate the Everly calendar assistant service and to communicate with you (calendar updates, reminders, replies to your texts, and service messages). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any Everly message to immediately cancel all SMS messages from the service. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@heyeverly.com.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Other Information

Message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API so the AI can interpret your request. Calendar actions (creating, reading, or checking availability) are performed through the Google Calendar API. Messages and parsed results are logged so the operator can debug issues and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

Everly relies on the following processors to operate:
  • Twilio — SMS/MMS delivery.
  • Anthropic — message interpretation via the Claude API.
  • Google — calendar access via the Google Calendar API.
  • Supabase — data storage and hosting.

5. Data Retention

Messages and logs are retained for as long as needed to operate and improve the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our hosting provider under access controls appropriate for an early-stage project. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive information (such as government IDs or financial account numbers) to Everly.

7. Your Rights, Opt-Out & Help

You can stop all SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP, and resume by replying START. For help by text, reply HELP, or contact us at the email below. You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your stored data, email the contact address below.

8. Children's Privacy

Everly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the service, please contact us and we will delete the associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
